After 10 weeks of holidays the longest I’ve ever had, I was chomping at the bit to photograph a wedding. Taking holiday snaps everyday was not fulfilling my creativity bug and I was craving to shoot a wedding. Luckily for me the weekend after we returned I was locked in to shoot Marty and Kirrily’s big day. I have known Kirrily for quite a while as she works at Shelly Beach Golf Club. She approached me one night when we were there shooting another wedding and asked if I would capture her special day. I was honoured and thrilled, so of course I said YES! Marty and Kirrily are not very beachy people so they chose to get married on her parent’s property at Erina Heights. It was a beautiful wedding location with the sunlight filtering through the trees. We did most of the bridal party photos on the property including some great shots with the old tractor. To finish up before we headed to the reception at Shelly Beach Golf Club we stopped off quickly at Long Jetty as the setting sun was screaming to be photographed. As you will see Kirrily especially, rocked it!

I love old rustic tractors! They make for great photo props.
This would have to be the biggest bridal waltz lift I have ever seen! Awesome job Marty.
